Welcome to The Radiance Method™ and The Radiant Recovery Method™ (collectively, the “Courses”), offered by Radiance Wellness Collective (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in these Courses, you (“User,” “Participant,” “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not enroll or participate in the Courses.
1. Educational & Informational Purposes Only
The Courses provide educational content designed to support holistic health, wellness, and personal development. The information presented is not intended to be medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any health or lifestyle changes.
2. Coaching Sessions & Check-Ins
As part of the Courses, coaching sessions are included:
Biweekly (every two weeks) 1-hour coaching sessions + Weekly check-ins for 4-6 months as agreed upon in the client agreement.
Coaching sessions are conducted via [Zoom/phone/other platform], and check-ins will be provided through [email, text, or another agreed-upon method].
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for time, the following cancellation policy applies to all scheduled coaching sessions:
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 4-hour notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations must be made via phone, email, or our online booking platform.
If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, a late cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.
No-Shows
If a client does not attend their appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of $150 will be charged.
Exemptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.
Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to enforce this cancellation policy strictly.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with us, clients agree to the terms of this 4-hour cancellation policy.
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
Results from the Courses will vary based on individual effort, health conditions, and lifestyle choices. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. The Courses are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. Personal Responsibility
By enrolling in the Courses, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellness choices. You assume full risk for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided. The Company is not responsible for any adverse effects, injuries, or health complications arising from your participation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the Courses, including but not limited to text, videos, workbooks, PDFs, and other materials, is owned by Radiance Wellness Collective and protected under copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any course materials for commercial use without prior written permission.
7. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in full (or through an approved payment plan) before accessing the Courses.
Due to the digital nature of the Courses, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to the Courses.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully within any community discussions, coaching sessions, or group interactions. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiance Wellness Collective, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Courses.
10. Dispute Resolution & Mediation
Mediation & Arbitration
If any dispute arises concerning these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally through mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or applicable organization in Texas.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction inTexas.
11. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Courses after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If on a payment plan, you agree to make all payments on time. Missed payments may result in restricted access.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
3. Course Access & Availability
Course materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute them.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Courses at any time.
Lifetime access means the Courses will be available for as long as they are offered, but we do not guarantee indefinite access.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including videos, text, PDFs, worksheets, and other materials, is owned by Radiance Wellness Collective and protected under copyright laws.
You may NOT:
Copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials beyond personal use.
Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
Create derivative works based on course materials without written permission.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
5. Health Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility
The Courses provide educational content only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
You understand that results vary based on individual health, effort, and lifestyle. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Consult your doctor before making any changes to your health, diet, or exercise routine.
You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided.
6. Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines
You agree to engage respectfully in all course-related forums, coaching sessions, and discussions.
Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Courses without refund.
The Company reserves the right to remove participants for non-compliance with these guidelines.
7. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiance Wellness Collective and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Courses. This includes, but is not limited to:
Health-related outcomes
Technical issues or interruptions
Loss of data or profits
By enrolling, you release us from any legal claims related to your participation in the Courses.
8. Modifications & Updates
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Courses after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or a court in Texas.
